Middlesbrough defender Julio Arca has been linked with a move to Sunderland. The Argentinian has been crucial to Gareth Southgate's side's survival in the Premiership this year, and Sunderland are preparing a £5 million offer.
Arca spent six years at Sunderland from 2000 until 2006 before joining Boro, but now Roy Keane is set to give Arca an emotional return back to the Stadium of Light.
After crossing the Wearside - Teeside divide in 2006, Arca has been pivotal for Boro and helped them to safety this season. The Middlesbrough captain will be allowed to leave for around £5 million.
