With one year left on his contract, Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp is due to offer the St.Etienne side a £3 million offer to allow Sall to join Pompey a season earlier.



It is believed that Sall is prepared to sit out his contract and wait for a Bosman if necessary.



The 6 foot 4 defender is desperately looking for a pay increase and is ready to move to the Premiership.
