Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette has said that he is determined to stay with the north London side despite the speculation regarding his future.
The Frenchman has netted 48 goals during his previous three seasons with the Gunners, but it has been claimed that he could be on the move during the ongoing transfer window.
The Gunners have reportedly set an asking price of £40m amid the interest from Atletico Madrid and Juventus, but Lacazette has stressed that he has no plans of leaving the capital outfit.
"If this is true, no, it does not please me. But what matters is the choice of the coach, his confidence. I am at Arsenal, I signed a 5-year contract to progress & win titles. I have another 2 years. I am determined to stay," He told L'Equipe.
Lacazette is likely to lead the line for the Gunners when they take on Fulham on the road in the Premier League opener this afternoon. He netted only 10 goals in the previous season and will be hoping to fare much better in the 2020/21 campaign.
