The representative of Dominik Szoboszlai has revealed that Arsenal are interested in signing the Hungary international.
The attacking midfielder has been one of Red Salzburg's most consistent performers and he has bagged 22 goals and 32 assists from 73 appearances.
As a result, he has been closely watched by a number of clubs and it has been rumoured that the Gunners could make a January approach to sign him.
Speaking on Hungarian outlet Index, Szoboszlai's agent Matyas Esterhazy disclosed that the Gunners hold a 'real interest' in his client's services.
He was further asked about the transfer link with RB Leipzig and AC Milan to which he replied that the 20-year-old would favour a move to Germany.
Arsenal were keen on signing a creative midfielder this summer and they had set their sights on signing Houssem Aouar from Lyon.
However, they were put off by the £50m price tag and it is unclear whether they will make a renewed attempt at the turn of the year.
Szoboszlai could be available for a more affordable fee of £22.5m.
