Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante continues to remain a top target for Inter Milan, a report from Canal + claims.
The Frenchman was heavily linked with a move to San Siro earlier in the summer, but manager Frank Lampard dismissed the speculation.
Kante has since been a vital figure for the Blues across all competitions and he has already made 12 appearances in all competitions.
Despite this, the speculation over his future has refused to cease and it is claimed that the Nerazzurri will make a fresh move for him next summer.
It is well known that Lampard wants to bring in West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice next year and that could pave the way for Kante's exit.
Real Madrid have already been credited with an interest in the former Leicester City man, who has got over his injury troubles.
Kante struggled with multiple muscular and knee injuries last term and he was restricted to only 28 appearances in all competitions.
