Inter Milan have no plans to sell Manchester United and Liverpool target

15 November 2020 - 16:17

Inter Milan have reportedly stated that they have no desire to part ways with midfielder Nicola Barella at any price.

  • Chelsea winger suffers head injury vs Nottingham Forest
  • Man Utd star preparing farewell video ahead of transfer
  • The Italy international joined the club on loan from Cagliari last summer and his move was made permanent at the end of the season.

Barella has been in fine form this term with four goals from just 10 appearances and his displays have caught the eye of top European sides.

Liverpool, Manchester United and Barcelona have all been credited with an interest, but Calciomercato claims that Inter will reject all transfer offers.

Barella has more than three years remaining on his contract, but talks are underway over a new deal with an improved salary package.

The 23-year-old has repeatedly said that he is a fan of club legend Dejan Stankovic and Inter are confident that will work in their favour in the negotiations.

Meanwhile, the club have a similar stance on Stefan di Vrij and Romelu Lukaku and they are planning to reward them with improved deals as well.
