Celtic chase Moises Hurtado

Celtic chase Moises Hurtado

17 April 2008 - 20:55

Celtic are in the market for Espanyol's impressive midfielder Moises Hurtado. The defensive midfielder has been an integral part of Espanyol's impressive year in La Liga. Hurtado is valued at around £4 million.

  • Arsenal & Chelsea want Junior Kroupi
  • Chelsea keen on signing Newcastle United winger
  • Moises Hurtado recently suggested that he would consider a move away from the Spanish side - as long as the offer of Champions League football was there.

Espanyol still have an outside chance of qualifying for the showpiece tournament; but the offer of £25,000 per week may be too tempting for Hurtado to reject.

The 27 year old has spent the majority of his career playing for Espanyol and the second string side.
