Manchester United have no plans of dismissing Ole Gunnar Solskjaer despite their poor run of Premier League results.
The Red Devils have picked up only four points from the previous six league games, and they are now nine points behind leaders Chelsea.
The club are already five points behind the top four, and there are serious question marks whether Solskjaer should remain at the helm.
Earlier on Sunday, it was widely claimed that Brendan Rodgers has a verbal agreement and he could replace Solskjaer in the dug out.
However, Solskjaer has not been sacked yet. Sky Sports claims that the Norwegian will remain in the hot seat for the time being.
The board have no desire to part ways with the Norwegian just yet. He will continue as manager against Watford after the international break.
A number of United players have expressed their disapproval over the situation, but the hierarchy are still backing Solskjaer for the job.
