Chelsea will need to pay a staggering fee of around £120m to land West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice.
Rice has developed into one of the Premier League's best holding midfielders. He has also chipped in with goal contributions.
This has caught the eye of several elite clubs, but it is well known that Rice would prefer a return to the Blues this summer.
Rice was previously in the Blues academy until the age of 14 before he was released. He is determined to secure a reunion.
Former Blues boss Frank Lampard tried to sign him in 2020, but the hierarchy were put off by the £100 million asking price.
It is now reported that the Hammers have further upped their price tag. They won't sell him for less than £120 million this summer.
Rice will enter the final two years of his contract in July, but the Hammers have the option to extend his stay for 12 months.
