Geremi: we'll beat Chelsea

Newcastle midfielder Geremi has warned his former club Chelsea that his new side are going to try their hardest to finish off the Stamford Bridge giants' Premiership challenge.

"I'm sorry for Chelsea but that's football," Geremi told Newcastle's website, nufc.co.uk.



"We are not going to let them come to win. We have to give them a good game and enjoy it.



"It's the last game at home, in front of our fans, against one of the big teams.



"We've been playing well in the last few weeks and it's a big opportunity to send a message, it's a big test for us to see how far we can go."
