Arsenal have been handed a huge boost in signing Borussia Monchengladbach striker Marcus Thuram at the turn of the year.
The Frenchman has been in fantastic form for his club this term with 13 goals and four assists from 17 games in all competitions.
He was also involved for Les Bleus in their run to the World Cup final and he could now pursue a fresh challenge at club level.
Thuram\'s current deal with the German side expires in June and it is claimed that he could be sold for just €12 million in January.
The news should come as a huge boost for the Gunners, who have been keeping tabs on his situation in recent months.
The club desperately need to fill the void left by Gabriel Jesus\' injury and Thuram could be the perfect fit for the position.
Thuram has a good physical presence, work rate and can hold-up play. He is also decent in the air and would suit the Gunners.
