Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has confirmed that Anthony Martial is a doubt for tomorrow's Premier League clash against Crystal Palace.
The Red Devils recently won their fifth straight league game after a superb 2-1 comeback victory over Manchester City at Old Trafford.
Martial played the opening half of the derby, but he was substituted at the interval as he was not fully fit after a leg injury in training.
Ten Hag has now revealed that he is preventing the Frenchman from getting injured again and it was the reason behind the early substitution.
The Dutchman added that he has yet to decide his team for the Palace clash and hinted that Martial could be doubtful for the away trip.
If Martial is left on the bench or ruled out, loan signing Wout Weghorst could be handed his Premier League debut for the Red Devils.
The striker has had two training sessions and should be fully fit as he was already playing with Besiktas before making the move to United.
