Sergio Ramos believes that Raul must go to Euro 2008 after another impressive season for Real Madrid. Raul has led the club to a second successive La Liga title, and his team mate feels it would be a travesty if Raul was not on the plane to Austria and Switzerland.

"As a friend, colleague and fan, I'd like him to come to Euro 2008," said Ramos.



"Luís [Aragonés, manager] should call the best and I believe that Raúl could be among them.



"Our captain is a footballing instituion, and he's still proving that. At his age, competing in the Euros is not a problem."
