Manchester United have a strong interest in signing Barcelona defender Jules Kounde during the summer transfer window.
The Red Devils bolstered their central defence with Lisandro Martinez last summer and he has been a fantastic purchase.

The Frenchman joined the Catalan giants from Sevilla only last summer but he is already contemplating his club future.
Kounde was signed with the assurance of regular game time at centre-back but has largely played out of position this term.
He has made 21 out of his 38 appearances from right-back and he could push for a new challenge in the summer.
United are one of the clubs keeping tabs on his situation and they could make an approach to land his signature.
However, he may not come on the cheap. Barcelona could hold out for at least €80 million to sanction his departure.
