Liverpool have reportedly made an approach to sign Chelsea target Jules Kounde during the summer transfer window.
Kounde joined the Catalans from Sevilla last summer but he is apparently unsettled at the moment due to his playing role.
The Frenchman joined the Blaugrana to play as a centre-back but he has largely operated from the right-back position.
It is now claimed that he could move on from Camp Nou when the transfer window reopens over the next few weeks.
Barcelona are eyeing a specialist right-back this summer. For that to happen, they need to secure a big-money departure.
Kounde looks a possible candidate to leave the club and Sport claim that Liverpool are looking into a transfer agreement.
Aside from the Reds, Chelsea and Manchester United have also been linked with the Frenchman over the past couple of days.
Kounde rejected the Blues to join the Blaugrana last summer but they could make a renewed approach for his signature.
