Tottenham are considering a move for Espanyol defender Marc Torrejon. Juande Ramos is preparing a £3 million offer for the player he has monitored since arriving at Tottenham and is aware of from his time as coach of Sevilla.
The 22 year old was one of the best young players in La Liga this year and the 6 ft 1 defender has linked up well with fellow youngsters Dani Jarque at Espanyol this year.
However, it is believed that Sevilla are also ready to launch an offer for the player, whilst Premiership side Wigan Athletic were also reported to be monitoring the progress of Torrejon.
