The England centre-back has been told that he is free to leave Old Trafford this summer.
After a miserable campaign for United, Erik Ten Hag told the defender that he would be allowed to leave for a new challenge. The defender is also a target for Inter Milan, who will play Man City in the Champions League final next week.
