  • His duties will commence from 1 July, after he is released as manager of Tunisia. His contract there runs out at the end of June, and will not be renewed. He got Tunisia to the quarter finals of this year's African Nations Cup.

Lemerre was the coach of France's successful Euro 2000 victory, and has previously managed Tunisia in Africa.
