Predicted Man Utd line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Luton Town

18 February 2024 - 15:32

Manchester United will be eyeing a fourth straight Premier League win when they face Luton Town away from home.

  • Chelsea duo return to partial team training
  • Chelsea planning to sell Sterling to sign Crystal Palace star?

  • The Red Devils are currently eight points behind the top four and have an excellent chance of reducing the deficit further.

    Predicted Line-up:

Andre Onana has been ever-present in goal in the league since his summer switch. The Cameroonian will be eyeing his eighth shut-out of the top-flight campaign against the Hatters.

In front of him, there could be an enforced change if Luke Shaw is not deemed fit after his muscle issue. We anticipate Victor Lindelof to start at left-back if Shaw is sidelined.

The rest of the backline should stay unchanged. Diogo Dalot is expected to continue from the right-back position with Raphael Varane partnering Harry Maguire in central defence.

Similarly, Casemiro and Kobbie Mainoo should feature in the centre of the park. Casemiro will most likely start from the number six role with Mainoo playing in front of him again.

Further forward, Bruno Fernandes is set to start in the attacking midfield position with Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho out wide. Rasmus Hojlund will lead the line.

The Dane has netted in five consecutive Premier League games for the Red Devils. If he scores today, he will become the youngest-ever in the league to net for six straight games.

Predicted Man Utd line-up (4-2-3-1): Onana; Dalot, Varane, Maguire, Lindelof; Casemiro, Mainoo; Garnacho, Fernandes, Rashford; Hojlund.
