Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has provided an injury update on three players following the Premier League draw against Liverpool.
The Red Devils played out a 2-2 draw against the Reds at Old Trafford. They were second best in the first half, but managed to spring up a surprise.
Speaking after the game, Ten Hag said that Raphael Varane and Jonny Evans remain injured and may not return to action anytime soon.
He said: "I don’t think they’ll be back anytime soon."
When pressed on the injury sustained by Rashford today, the Dutchman added that the concern does not appear a serious one.
He added: " I'm not sure, but I don’t think it will be long."
United have been in a poor run of league form and they have dropped seven points from the last three games due to late goals conceded.
The club will be back in Premier League action at Bournemouth on Saturday. It could be another tricky challenge for them.
The Cherries have picked up 10 points from their last five games and could test the Red Devils' defensive resolve with their playing style.
