Arsenal and Manchester United are confident of signing Ajax striker Brian Brobbey in the current transfer window, according to The Sun.
The Netherlands ace has been linked with a Premier League move for the past few years and he could make the switch this time around.
Arsenal and United are said to be among his preferred destinations and The Sun claim that the duo are confident of landing his services.
The same outlet claim that the Dutch striker is prepared to prioritise a move to the Premier League amid interest from other European teams.
Ajax had a poor 2023/24 campaign in the Eredivisie and other competitions. However, Brobbey was a shining light with 22 goals and 12 assists.
He is now prepared to secure a big-money move away from the Amsterdam outfit and Ajax are willing to accept around £30m for his sale.
Arsenal and United are on the hunt for marquee strikers, but they seem to have their focus on other targets at the current point of time.
Arsenal are eyeing a move for Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting while United are currently in advanced talks to land Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna.
