Manchester United are eyeing a shock swoop for Chelsea defender Ben Chilwell this summer, according to Daily Mail.
The Red Devils are expected to invest on a new left-back this summer amid the injury concerns for Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia.
Shaw has returned from a hamstring injury for England duty, but his injury record suggests that he is no longer a trustable figure.
Malacia has gone through the same kind of woes and Daily Mail claim that United are exploring the option of landing Chilwell.
Chilwell has also had plenty of injury troubles of his own, but the Red Devils are still open to the prospect of landing his services.
The England international has been a mainstay for the Blues in recent years, but could be on the move after the signing of Renato Veiga.
The former Leicester City man could be tempted to move to the Red Devils where he could share his minutes alongside Shaw next term.
