Napoli have finally reached an agreement to sign Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku on a permanent basis, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Belgian star has been pushing to leave the Blues since the start of the summer and he is expected to be granted his wish this week.
Napoli have agreed a suitable payment package with the Blues and the former Inter Milan man will undergo his medical with them soon.
The move is said to be dependent of Chelsea's interest in Victor Osimhen.
Osimhen currently has a release clause worth €130m in his contract and Napoli are reluctant to accept anything less than €100m.
The Blues are prepared to sign him on loan with an option to buy next summer, but that is something which the striker has objected.
The Nigerian star wants the guarantee of a permanent contract. He will only join on a season-long loan if there is an obligation to buy.
Osimhen is also reluctant to accept a pay-cut for the move.
