Manchester United are considering the option of replacing manager Erik ten Hag with Edin Terzic, according to The Sun.
Ten Hag is currently under immense pressure following the club's poor start to the Premier League campaign. United are currently 14th with just eight points on the board.
Ten Hag is expected to keep his job for the weekend game against Brentford, but he could be dismissed from the helm if the Red Devils are unable to beat the Bees.
The club are weighing up multiple options in the transfer market and Terzic has now emerged as a shock target following his progress with Borussia Dortmund.
Terzic guided Dortmund all the way to the Champions League final against the odds, but the Bundesliga giants were unable to beat Real Madrid in the final in London.
He went on to quit the job due to unspecified reasons and United are said to be huge admirers of him. There could hand him the job if Ten Hag leaves in the near future.
