Manchester United striker target Evan Ferguson has his sights on leaving Brighton & Hove Albion during the January transfer window.
The Ireland international was regarded as one of the finest young talents under Roberto De Zerbi, but his progress has paused since his exit.
Fabian Hurzeler has preferred Danny Welbeck over him since his arrival and Ferguson has been limited to minutes from the substitutes' bench.
It is now reported that the 20-year-old is unhappy with his situation and he could push for an exit when the transfer window reopens this winter.
Ferguson has been on the radar of United in the past and it remains to be seen whether the club make an approach at the beginning of next year.
Brighton valued him at a staggering £100 million one year ago, but they may have to significantly lower their valuation for a potential sale.
The Seagulls have no plans of parting ways with the youngster, but could do so if Ferguson hands in a transfer request over the coming weeks.
