Livorno's talented young goalkeeper Marco Amelia has decided that his future lies elsewhere, and Palermo are reportedly closing in on a move for the Italian goalie also being tracked by Tottenham.
"I don't think I will be staying here," said Amelia.
"I think the club could raise money to invest and get back to the big time by selling me."
Spurs are reportedly looking for along term replacement for Paul Robinson who is set to leave the club this summer.
