Fiorentina are considering making a move for Palermo defender Andrea Barzagli. Fiorentina are tempted to make a £7 million offer for the Italian international central defender.

AC Milan and Juventus are both also interested in Barzagli; but Fiorentina securing Champions League football is believed to have helped lure the player.



"We have already reached an agreement with Fiorentina for a cash sum which I can't reveal to you," Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini revealed.



"There will be no exchange of players because we have good players and Fiorentina will keep theirs."
