Borussia Dortmund have proposed to sign Chelsea midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka on loan, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Englishman has been a fringe player for the west London giants. The Blues have opened the door for his permanent transfer this winter.
There are no clubs willing to meet the £40m asking price and Dortmund are now aiming to land him on loan without an option to buy.
