Real Madrid are attempting to sign one of the hottest talents in Germany, Mario Gomez. The VfB Stuttgart striker has been chased by Milan, Tottenham and Juventus in recent months.
It is believed that Gomez has a contract until 2012, and VfB Stuttgart value the player at around £13m. The 22 year old was elected German Footballer of the Year 2007 before the start of the season, as he contributed to Stuttgart's championship winning campaign.
