Wolverhampton Wanderers forward Matheus Cunha has said that he is very happy at the club amid interest from Manchester United.
United have identified the Brazil international as a top target and initial contact has been made with his agents over a summer transfer.
The club are prepared to pay his £62.5m release clause and a move could be straightforward with no concerns expected over personal terms.
However, Cunha has remained tight-lipped on the speculation.
He scored and provided two assists for Wolves against Leicester City earlier today. Speaking after the game, the 25-year-old said:
"I always say that I am always happy to play for this team. Sometimes my emotion is too much because I love to be here."
Despite his comments, Cunha is widely expected to leave the Midlands outfit as he is keen on winning silverware in his career.
The forward is also determined to make the World Cup squad with Brazil and needs to play at the highest level to seal a spot.
