Drogba: doubt for Blackburn

Chelsea's Ivorian striker Didier Drogba is a doubt for the game with Blackburn after sustaining a knee injury in the loss to Aston Villa on September 3. Drogba has been receiving intensive treatment on the injury.

Drogba revealed that he has had problems with his knee since the start of the season, but the Aston Villa injury has aggravated the problem. Drogba was also missing for the Ivory Coast's international match this week.



"I'm not really fit," he said earlier this week, arriving late for a charity function. "I was late because I had to stay to have some treatment and we had a meeting."
