Turkish giants Fenerbahce have opted against signing Arsenal winger Leandro Trossard during the summer transfer window.
The Istanbul outfit recently agreed a three-year contract with the Belgian star, but are unlikely to follow up with a formal bid.
Arsenal reportedly value Trossard in the region of £20 million, but Fenerbahce seem reluctant to pay more than £13 million.
As a result, Jose Mourinho's side have decided to look elsewhere. Meanwhile, Trossard could yet extend his contract with the Gunners.
Arsenal have reopened talks over a possible extension beyond June 2027. They are prepared to hand him a reasonable salary hike.
Trossard has shared his minutes with Gabriel Martinelli on the left wing, but his playing time could reduce in the coming season.
Arsenal have already agreed to land Noni Madueke who can play on either wing while Rodrygo or Eberechi Eze could be signed too.
Hence, Trossard may have to accept limited minutes at Arsenal next term. It remains to be seen whether he is ready for the same.
