Sidney Govou's agent, Frederic Guerra, has admitted that his client is keen to make a move to Portsmouth away from Lyon. The French winger was reportedly watched by Redknapp in a number of Ligue 1 games this year.
He said: 'Sidney wants to come to England and is interested in Portsmouth.
'He is at an age where he wants to move. He has made that decision.
'But at the moment I don't know if that is possible.
'I have heard that Harry Redknapp may be interested.
'But Harry has not contacted me and nor has anyone from Portsmouth so far.'
