Tottenham will have to pay around £4 million to land forward Tarik Elyounoussi from Norweigan side Fredrikstad. The striker is considered one of the hottest prospects in his homeland.

Elyounoussi is reportedly eager to make a move to the Premiership; and Tottenham have been told they may have to cough up £4 million to land the player.



Elyounoussi has been scouted several times by Tottenham and was most recently watched on Sunday.



Portsmouth and West Ham are also keen on landing the player.
