Hull City midfielder Jay Jay Okocha is considering postponing his retirement to help the Tigers in their first foray into the Premiership. Okocha had been set to quit the game at the end of the year; but his experience with Bolton will be invaluable for Hull.

  • Omari Hutchinson wants to continue at Ipswich Town

  • "For me personally, we've gone through stage one now and it's going to get tougher when we try and establish ourselves" said Okocha.

"I would love to still be part of this club because there's a lot still to do.I was thinking about maybe retiring at the end of this season but football has been my life.

"From here, I've always said it will be retirement but if I could get another year here, then that would be great. It's not up to me, it's up to the manager and the chairman if they want me at the club but I would gladly stay here."
