West Ham United have reportedly revived their interest in signing Manchester United target John Victor before the transfer window closes.
The Hammers were keen on landing the Brazilian earlier this summer, but they ended up signing Mads Hermansen from Leicester City under manager Graham Potter's recommendation.
Hermansen has been poor with his handling in the first two Premier League games, and it seems the hierarchy want a solid competitor in Victor.
The east London outfit still have Alphonse Areola in their ranks, but the Frenchman is likely to be sold if another goalkeeper arrives soon.
Victor has been one of the best performing keepers in the Brazilian top-flight and he is reportedly keen on making the switch to England.
United were heavily linked with his services earlier this summer, but they are currently focused on landing Senne Lammens from Antwerp instead.
Personal terms have been agreed with the Belgian shot-stopper and he is expected to make a move to Old Trafford in the next couple of days.
