Manchester City have officially signed Paris St Germain goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, as the Italian goalkeeper has just signed a contract. The keeper had been informed that he is free to leave the Parc Des Princes, and City, who will let Ederson leave for a new challenge, are the Italian's next destination after 161 total games for the French and European Champions.
It is understood that Donnarumma has signed a four-year contract at the Etihad Stadium and has been given a reported £200,000 per week salary with Guardiola's side.
Manchester City will pay around £30 million for Donnarumma, with a further £5 million in installments, and Paris St Germain collect a nice profit on a keeper that helped them win the Champions League and moved to the Ligue 1 outfit on a free transfer.
City have struggled in recent games with Englishman James Trafford between the sticks, but the keeper is expected to gain experience alongside Donnarumma and is happy to play second fiddle to one of the best goalkeepers in the world.
