Manchester United defender Ayden Heaven has picked up a fresh injury during England Under-20s clash against Switzerland.
The teenager joined the Red Devils from Arsenal last winter, and he made a big impression during the early weeks before picking up a knee injury.
Heaven has made just one start in the ongoing campaign and he could be doubtful for next week's derby against Liverpool in the Premier League.
Speaking to reporters, England U20 boss Ben Futcher said: "He picked something up.
"I don't think it is too serious, but we will have to see how it settles down."
United have had an average start to the campaign with 10 points from seven games. They face a stern challenge against Liverpool after the break.
The Red Devils have not won at Anfield over the past nine years and they have the opportunity to make a statement against their arch-rivals.
United picked up a 2-2 draw against the Reds in the reverse fixture.
