Levante striker Etta Eyong has revealed his dream of playing for Chelsea amid interest from Barcelona and Real Madrid.
The Cameroonian has been in excellent form during the ongoing La Liga campaign. He has registered six goals and three assists from 12 outings.
Eyong started the season with Villarreal before joining Levante. Having played for both clubs, he can't for another this term due to FIFA rules.
Hence, a big-club move could be delayed until the end of the campaign, but the striker has hinted that he would prefer to join the Blues next summer.
He said: "Growing up, Chelsea was the English team I probably watched the most because of Drogba, and Eto'o was there a year as well.
"Chelsea have often signed incredible African players. There are so many big clubs in England, but as for [joining] Chelsea, why not? It would be a dream for me to play for Chelsea."
Chelsea only recently signed Liam Delap and Joao Pedro to bolster their strikeforce. Tyrique George has also played as the main man upfront.
The west London giants have no plans of spending on another marksman, but a move can't be entirely ruled out, given their open strategy.
Eyong has also been linked with Manchester United. The Red Devils consider him as a potential replacement for Joshua Zirkzee.
