Chelsea are ready to make a fresh approach for Juventus attacker Kenan Yildiz amid his contract stand-off at the Serie A outfit, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Turkey international has evolved into a key player for the Turin giants and he has accumulated 15 goals and 13 assists since the start of last season.
The Bianconeri are prepared to reward him for his efforts with a €5m per year salary, but the player is reportedly holding out for €6m annually.
This has led to an impasse in negotiations and reports claim that Chelsea could capitalise on the situation at the end of the ongoing season.
The Blues made an offer worth €67m for the playmaker last summer, but the Bianconeri were adamant that their prized asset was not for sale.
The situation has somewhat changed over the past few months and Juventus could be tempted to part ways with him for €100m next summer if he does not put pen-to-paper on a new long-term deal.
