Chelsea winger Raheem Sterling is keen on joining Fulham after snubbing a loan move to West Ham United this month.
The England international has been deemed surplus to requirements by the Blues and he is expected to leave this winter.
Sterling prefers a permanent move away from the west London giants and reports claim that he prefers to join Fulham.
The former Manchester City man is presently on a staggering £325,000 per week and his contract does not expire until June 2027.
The Blues may need to hand him a pay-off in order to secure a mid-season move across west London to the Cottagers.
Alongside Sterling, Axel Disasi is also expected to leave the Blues this winter. He is on the radar of Serie A clubs.
AC Milan have expressed an interest in his services. They could land him on loan with an option to buy in the summer.
Meanwhile, the Blues are not planning any signings this winter.
