Chelsea interim boss Calum McFarlane has confirmed a double injury boost ahead of the Premier League clash against Fulham on the road tomorrow.
The Blues have had a disappointing run of results, but they should go into the west London derby with plenty of positivity after the late equaliser against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium last weekend.
Ahead of the game, McFarlane has provided some positive news on the injury front. The temporary manager confirmed that Robert Sanchez and Marc Cucurella are in training and could be involved again.
Cucurella has been on the sidelines for the past few games with a minor hamstring injury, while Sanchez was likewise deemed unfit to face the Cityzens last weekend due to a minor muscular issue.
The return of the duo would be a huge boost for the Blues as they look to close the three-point gap to Liverpool for the final Champions League spot. The Reds face Arsenal on the road on Thursday night.
