Arsenal have been handed a fresh injury blow ahead of the FA Cup third round tie against Portsmouth on the road on Sunday.
The north London giants played out a frustrating 0-0 draw against Liverpool in the Premier League on Thursday evening.
Despite the result, they are six points ahead of Manchester City and Liverpool at the top of the table after 21 matches played.
The club have now suffered a fresh injury blow and could be without Piero Hincapie for the upcoming FA Cup third round clash.
Hincapie was substituted with a possible muscle injury yesterday and it appears unlikely that he will be deemed fit for Sunday.
In his absence, Myles Lewis-Skelly looks set to continue at left-back, given Riccardo Calafiori has yet to recover from his own injury.
Calafiori is the final phase of his rehabilitation, but may require another week or so before he can return to first-team action again.
Gunners boss Mikel Arteta is likely to make wholesale changes for the FA Cup clash at Fratton Park on the back of a hectic schedule.
