Manchester United are exploring the winter transfer market for another left-sided winger, according to Football Insider.
The Red Devils boosted their Champions League pursuit with a commanding 2-0 Premier League win over Manchester City last weekend.
They are currently just one point behind fourth-placed Liverpool.
Despite this, the club are determined to add more quality to their ranks, and the focus could be on a loan deal rather than a permanent transfer.
No particular targets are mentioned at the current point in time.
United could also consider a move for a defensive midfielder and have recently been linked with former Leicester City man Wilfred Ndidi.
Ndidi moved to Besiktas from the Foxes after their top-flight relegation last summer, but he is anxious to return to Premier League football.
United have made initial contact with the Turkish giants and it remains to be seen whether they can persuade the Super Lig outfit to sell him.
Ndidi has already given the green light for the move.
