Chelsea are prepared to make a serious push to sign Brighton & Hove Albion goalkeeper Bart Verbruggen at the end of the campaign, according to Teamtalk.
Robert Sanchez has been the Blues' regular shot-stopper in the current season, but the Spaniard has been prone to occasional errors between the sticks.
The Blues have continued to place their faith in Sanchez, but there could be a change in goal before the 2026/27 campaign, as per Teamtalk's exclusive.
The outlet claim that west London giants could land another goalkeeper from Brighton. They have their sights on securing the services of Verbruggen.
Verbruggen has made steady progress over the last few seasons at Brighton and Chelsea believe he has the credentials to become their number one.
Chelsea have already done plenty of transfer business with Brighton in the past, having signed Moises Caicedo, Marc Cucurella and Sanchez.
Brighton are likely to demand upwards of £50m for the Dutchman, who has made 83 Premier League appearances for the Seagulls thus far.
