Turkish giants Besiktas are keen on landing the signature of Manchester United goalkeeper Altay Bayindir during the summer transfer window.
Besiktas explored a possible deal for the shot-stopper this winter. They had a verbal agreement with the Red Devils for a transfer, but it did not materialise in the end.
Interim head coach Michael Carrick wanted to keep hold of Bayindir as Senne Lammens' deputy which meant that the club opted against negotiating his departure.
This has not necessarily ended Besiktas' pursuit and Fotomac claim that the Turkish heavyweights are prepared to make a renewed approach for him in the summer.
Bayindir's departure could pave the way for United to land a replacement, given they are also expected to offload Andre Onana after his season-long loan spell too.
The Cameroonian is currently on loan at Trabzonspor in the Turkish top-flight, but has been linked with a surprise return to Inter Milan on a permanent deal.
