Chelsea are confident of signing Aston Villa playmaker Morgan Rogers during the summer transfer window, according to Teamtalk.
The Blues are expected to bolster their attacking department further this summer and have identified Rogers as a top target for them.
Rogers has been one of the best attackers in the Premier League over the last two years. He has made 17 goal contributions in all competitions this term.
Chelsea see him as a potential competitor to Cole Palmer in the number 10 role, but he could likewise operate from the wide attacking positions too.
Villa have not set an official price tag for his services, but they are likely to demand at least £100m - a fee that saw Jack Grealish depart from the club.
Grealish made a big-money move to Manchester City few years ago and he is currently on a season-long loan deal at fellow English club Everton.
Rogers is also attracting interest from Arsenal and Manchester United.
