Manchester United and Liverpool are keen on landing the signature of Juventus defender Pierre Kalulu during the summer transfer window, according to Il Giornale.
The Premier League duo are expected to strengthen their defences in the summer and Kalulu has emerged as a top target, given his ability to play as a centre-back or a right-back.
United and Liverpool have been monitoring his performances this month and could go head-to-head to land his signature at the end of the season.
Juventus, on the other hand, are looking to prolong his stay further and are prepared to negotiate an improved contract until the summer of 2030.
They are not contemplating his exit at the moment, but the scenario could change if the Bianconeri fail to qualify for the Champions League.
The Bianconeri are three points behind fourth-placed Como with an inferior goal difference in Serie A and could yet miss out on qualification.
This could pave the way for Kalulu's exit for around €40 million.
