Chelsea manager Liam Rosenior has confirmed that defender Marc Cucurella won't be suspended despite his recent comments in the media.
The Blues have banned midfielder Enzo Fernandez for two matches after he publicly talked up a move to Real Madrid.
Similarly, Cucurella recently revealed his desire to return to Spain with Barcelona, but he won't face a similar sanction.
Unlike Fernandez, Cucurella was involved in just one interview and the Blues won't be suspending him for his recent comments.
Chelsea have had a tough second half to the season in the Premier League and they are currently sixth in the standings.
The club are just one point adrift of the final Champions League spot, but need to turn up in the final seven matches.
The failure to qualify for the competition could lead to a player exodus.
Fernandez is pushing for a summer departure. Alongside him, the likes of Cucurella and Cole Palmer could leave too.
