Manchester United duo Harry Maguire and Lisandro Martinez will be suspended for the Premier League clash against Chelsea on the road on Saturday night.

  • The Mancunian giants recently went winless for the second game running after a 2-1 loss to Leeds United at Old Trafford. Noah Okafor was the star on the night for the Whites.

In the same game, Martinez was brandished a straight red card for pulling Dominic Calvert-Lewin's hair. The Argentine will now serve a three-game domestic suspension.

Alongside him, Maguire will be suspended for the next match against Chelsea too. The Englishman initially served a one-game ban against Leeds for his sending off at Bournemouth.

He has now been handed another one-match ban for using foul language towards the fourth official after his red card. Hence, the Englishman will play no part against the Blues at Stamford Bridge.

In their absence, it seems Ayden Heaven could make a rare start in the heart of the defence for the Red Devils alongside Leny Yoro. The young duo are bound to be tested by the Blues.
